All content offered on the Platform is entirely generated by AI and does not represent real individuals. Our services include AI-powered content creation, subscription plans, and credit-based usage models.

3. Usage Conditions

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:

You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the security and privacy of your account.
You will not use, distribute, or share generated content for illegal purposes.
You will not engage in activities that could damage the Platform's infrastructure, cause excessive load, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

You will not create content using real individuals' images or identity information.

4. Age Restriction (18+)

The Yuniporn platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Platform and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years of age. Age verification is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

5. Content Policy

All content generated on the Platform is synthetic content created by artificial intelligence. The production and sharing of the following types of content is strictly prohibited:

Any content depicting minors
Deepfake content involving the unauthorized use of real individuals
Content involving violence, torture, or coercion
Content that promotes or glorifies illegal activities
Content containing hate speech or discrimination

Users who violate this policy will have their accounts immediately terminated, and legal action will be initiated where necessary.

6. Payment and Refund

Payments on the Platform are made via cryptocurrencies. Payment transactions are processed through NOWPayments.

Subscription payments are billed according to the selected plan period.
Credit purchases are one-time transactions and are credited to your account instantly.
Payments made with cryptocurrency are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Refunds may be requested for unused credits; however, evaluation is at Yuniporn's discretion.
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, software, and infrastructure of the Yuniporn platform belong to Yuniporn and are protected by copyright. Usage rights for AI content generated by users on the platform are licensed to the user under the scope of the purchased plan. This license covers personal use of the content. A separate license agreement is required for commercial use. Copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of the platform infrastructure is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

The Yuniporn platform is provided "as is." No warranties are given regarding the following:

That the service will operate without interruption or errors
That generated content will meet a specific quality standard
That the platform will always be accessible

Yuniporn cannot be held responsible for users' actions on the platform, the content they generate, or the sharing of such content with third parties. Users use the platform at their own responsibility.

9. Changes

Yuniporn reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified through the platform when significant changes are made. Updated terms become effective from the moment they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
