DMCA Takedown Policy

1. Overview
Yuniporn (yuniporn.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure outlined below to submit a takedown notice.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please send a written notification to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) or other information sufficient to locate the material on our platform.
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Where to Send Notices
DMCA takedown notices should be sent to our designated agent:

4. Processing Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Yuniporn will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content about the takedown notice.
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers
Yuniporn maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated.
7. Misuse of DMCA Notices
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Do not submit a DMCA takedown notice unless you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner and genuinely believe the content infringes your rights.
