Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

To participate in the Yuniporn Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Own or operate a legitimate website, social media account, or online platform.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Not have been previously terminated from the Yuniporn Affiliate Program.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application.

Yuniporn reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

As an affiliate, you are legally required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Yuniporn in all promotional content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using hashtags such as #ad or #affiliate on social media posts.
• Including a clear written disclosure near affiliate links on websites and blogs.
• Verbal disclosure in video or audio content before or during promotional mentions.

Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements may result in immediate termination from the program and potential legal liability. Yuniporn is not responsible for any penalties you may incur due to non-compliance.

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): A fixed payout for each new user who registers through your affiliate link. CPA rates are set at Yuniporn's discretion and may vary.
• Revenue Share: Up to 30% recurring commission on spending by users you refer, for the lifetime of their account.
• Cookie Duration: 30-day attribution window from the user's first click on your affiliate link.
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD equivalent. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next payment period.
• Payment Schedule: Monthly on the 15th via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL, or USDT).

Yuniporn reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' prior notice. Earned commissions at the previous rate will be honored.

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited. Use of any prohibited method will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk email/messaging.
• Brand bidding — bidding on "Yuniporn" or related trademarks in search engine advertising.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of click fraud.
• Bot traffic, incentivized clicks, or artificial traffic generation.
• Promotion involving minors or content depicting minors in any context.
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising.
• Using the Yuniporn name or logo in domain names without prior written approval.
• Any activity that violates applicable law or Yuniporn's Terms of Use.

Yuniporn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials (banners, text links, logos) solely for the purpose of promoting Yuniporn through the Affiliate Program. You may not:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from Yuniporn's trademarks or marketing materials without written permission.
• Use Yuniporn's intellectual property in any manner that could damage or dilute the brand.
• Imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or official relationship beyond the affiliate partnership.

This license terminates immediately upon your exit or removal from the Affiliate Program.

Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Specific grounds for immediate termination by Yuniporn include:

• Violation of any provision of these Affiliate Terms.
• Use of prohibited promotional methods.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity, including artificial inflation of referrals.
• Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements.
• Any activity that harms Yuniporn's reputation or business interests.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions earned through legitimate means will be paid according to the regular payment schedule, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold. Commissions earned through prohibited methods are forfeited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUNIPORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

YUNIPORN'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE AFFILIATE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
